Privacy

What this site collects, and why.

In short: nexerah.com sets no cookies of its own, and its analytics is cookieless. Your answers to the contact form are emailed to naman@nexerah.com; a waitlist address is stored as a contact at Resend; a conversation with the AI guide is handled by ElevenLabs. The details are below.

What the contact forms collect, and why

The brief, on /contact and at the foot of the home page, asks for the same things in both places: your name, your email address, your company and your role, what you are building, where you want to start, your budget band, your timeline, and whether you want us to sign a mutual NDA before we talk. Only your name, your email address and what you are building are required. We use your answers to reply to you and to judge whether Nexerah is the right fit.

It also sends five hidden values. Three stop spam and double sends: an empty trap field that people never see, how long the form was open before you sent it, and a one-time ID. Two say whether the AI guide helped you write the brief and, if it did, which conversation, so we can read it before we reply. When you send a brief, Vercel’s firewall counts recent sends from your IP address, so no single address can flood the form.

The Labs waitlist

The waitlist on /labs asks for one thing: an email address. It is stored as a contact at Resend, the email company that also delivers our mail, and used once: to tell you when the first Labs product is ready to try. It is not a newsletter.

Email delivery: Resend

Resend sends two plain-text emails when you send the contact form: one to naman@nexerah.com with your answers, and a short reply to the address you gave. To deliver them, Resend handles both messages and keeps a log of what it sent.

Hosting and request logs: Vercel

Vercel hosts nexerah.com. To deliver each page, Vercel receives your IP address and the details your browser sends with every request, such as the page asked for and the browser type, and keeps request logs. Vercel’s own privacy policy covers those logs.

Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics

We count page views with Vercel Web Analytics, made by Vercel, which also hosts the site. It is cookieless. We see totals only, never who a visitor is.

The booking calendar: Cal.com

After you send the brief, the page may show a booking calendar from Cal.com, a separate scheduling company. The calendar follows Cal.com’s privacy policy from the moment it loads, whether or not you book. You don’t have to use it: we reply by email either way.

The AI guide: ElevenLabs

The “Ask Nexerah” guide is an AI, not a person, and it starts only when you press Talk or Type. What you say or type, and the address of the page you are on, go to ElevenLabs, a separate company that runs the guide’s speech and conversation. Your voice is never recorded. ElevenLabs keeps a written transcript, and an AI summary that includes any details you share, such as your name, company or email address, for 30 days to confirm, so we can follow up.

The guide never sends anything for you. When it offers to write your brief, it fills in the form on the page, and nothing reaches us until you check it and press Send; from then on the brief is handled like any other. The microphone is used only during a voice conversation, after your browser asks you.

Who receives your data

The studio, at naman@nexerah.com, and the four companies above, each for its own part: Vercel for hosting, the firewall and analytics; Resend for email delivery and the waitlist; Cal.com for the booking calendar, if it is shown; ElevenLabs for the AI guide, if you use it. The naman@nexerah.com mailbox is hosted by to confirm.

How long it is kept

Enquiry emails are kept for to confirm, then deleted. Waitlist addresses are kept for to confirm. Transcripts of the AI guide are deleted by ElevenLabs after 30 days to confirm. Vercel, Resend, Cal.com and ElevenLabs keep their own logs for as long as their own policies say.

Your rights, and how to use them

You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email naman@nexerah.com and say which.
